This is not rocket science, this is not even cooking but it is a very good way to put something healthy and nutritious into your stomach on your afternoon break.
Other benefits, it is yummy, contains fruits (good bye sugar craving !) and it is loaded with proteins without the disgusting powder (sorry for the fans but I still can not eat any protein powder, I find it truly disgusting).
Since I am pregnant, it is my go-to (yeah I am preggo). The first 3 months because fruits and liquid were the only things I was craving and since then because my appetite is back but I wanna keep it as healthy as possible. And I still have massive fruit cravings :)
If I know I will have a light lunch or late dinner, I just had 1/2 of oats flake and I am full for a couple of hours.
Prepare it in the morning and keep it in a thermos and if possible, in the fridge. 5 pm snack time sorted !

Berries & Oats milk Smoothie
Ingredients :
1 ripe Banana
1 cup Frozen berry
1 glass of oats milk
1 Tbsp chia seeds (proteins !!)
1/2 cup oats flakes (optional)

Instructions :
Rince the berries with water to quickly defrost but keep them cold.
Place all the ingredients in a blender.
Blend for a couple of minutes
And you are done ! Easy know ?
Drink up immediately or store for later in a metallic or glass container in the fridge.
