Energy Balls - The Cranberries

Ok I stop here, of course I am talking about the cranberry, the fruit ! This berry, very famous in North America and features in the Holidays family feast from Christmas to Thanksgiving, presents a lots of health benefits. Traditionally used to prevent and cure urinary tract or bladder infection, the cranberry also proved to be a strong antioxidants.
Used hereunder in its dry version, cranberries could also be used in sauce (google Thanksgiving recipes) or as juice, but there be careful with the amount of sugar added in industrial products.

For about 12 balls :
1 1/2 cup pitted dates
1/2 cup raw Almond
1/2 cup raw Cashew
2 Tbsp organic peanut butter
1/3 cup dried cranberries
Instructions :
Place the dates and the peanut butter into the food processor and mix for about 30 sc, add the other ingredients and process until every element is shredded.
Roll the paste between your hands to form small balls.
Place in a box in the fridge for a couple of hours.
You can store them for about a week in a closed food container or for a month in the freezer.
