Energy Balls - The Snickers

Have break, have a.... NO ! Having a break is fine but let's avoid the super processed, full of crap, industrial chocolate bars to opt for a healthier yet yummy option with this recipe of Snickers inspired energy balls.

For about 12 balls :


  • 1 cup pitted dates 

  • 3/4 cup raw Almond

  • 1Tbsp organic peanut butter

  • 100g of dark chocolate chips

  • 2 Tbsp flax seeds

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 Tbsp agave syrup


Instructions :


  • Place the all the ingredients, except the chocolate chips into the food processor and mix until every elements is shredded.

  • Add the chocolate chips and processed quickly.

  • Roll the paste between your hands to form small balls.

  • Place in a box in the fridge for a couple of hours.

  • You can store them for about a week in a closed food cointainer or for a month in the freezer.
