Energy Balls - The Snickers

Have break, have a.... NO ! Having a break is fine but let's avoid the super processed, full of crap, industrial chocolate bars to opt for a healthier yet yummy option with this recipe of Snickers inspired energy balls.

For about 12 balls :
1 cup pitted dates
3/4 cup raw Almond
1Tbsp organic peanut butter
100g of dark chocolate chips
2 Tbsp flax seeds
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp agave syrup
Instructions :
Place the all the ingredients, except the chocolate chips into the food processor and mix until every elements is shredded.
Add the chocolate chips and processed quickly.
Roll the paste between your hands to form small balls.
Place in a box in the fridge for a couple of hours.
You can store them for about a week in a closed food cointainer or for a month in the freezer.
