Bobo Chili con Carne

Lacking inspiration for healthy recipe, we got it fixed !
Let's go to Mexico with my 20mn Chili con (or without) Carne ! Hot, tasty & Yummy :)

For 2/3 pers. :
1 medium yellow onion
2 small green pepper
1 can Organic black beans
300g Organic grass-fed ground beef (if you are vegetarian, replace with 200g of cooked quinoa)
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp chili flakes
1 can Organic diced tomatoes
1 jar Organic tomato Passata
1 small can Organic Corn
Salt&pepper
Instructions :
Wash, peel and diced the onion. Wash & diced the green peppers.
Heat 1 Tbsp of Olive oil in a pan/wok and brown the onion and pepper for about 3mn.
Add the meat and brown, stirring regularly for about 3 more minutes.
Add the black beans, diced tomatoes, the Passata, the spices, chili flakes & the salt&pepper.
Let simmer over medium heat for about 15minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from the heat and add the corn, stir and serve immediately
PS: if you opt for the quinoa, add it 10 minutes after the beans and tomatoes.
