The 15 minutes Healthy Fix

Ok... let's picture the situation : it is monday (or any other day but Monday is usually worst), you've been running all the morning/afternoon/day and you have no energy left to cook lunch/dinner.
This is when the tentation of calling your local sushis place or worst, one of the thousand fast-foods around, strikes hard. RESIST !
Let's be honest, we all want to be healthy and have a great body but sometimes, our life gets so actic between the boss, the kids, the hubby... whatever... that we put our health considerations at the bottom of the list of our priorities. And we are wrong !
No need a lot of time or to be a Chef sometimes to cook a great meal. One example here !
Oriental Healthy Feast

For 2/3 serves :
- 250g of Kefta meat (choose your meat preferabily grass-fed)
- 1/2 pomegranate
- 1 Tbsp cumin
- 1 handful of Pine seeds
- Olive Oil
- Tabouleh (easier your recipe or the one ready at Spinneys, otherwise I will give you the recipe soon)
- Pita Wholewheat Bread
Home-made hummus :
- 1 can of Organic Chickpeas
- 2/3 Tbsp of Tahina
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 Tbsp of cumin
- 1 tsp of salt
- olive oil
Instructions :
- Heat some olive oil in a pan and brown the meat.
- Add the cumin and the Pine seeds when the meat is almost cooked.
- For the hummus, place all the ingredients in a mixer and whisk until smooth gradually adding the olive oil.
- Warm up the pita in the oven for a couple of minutes and place in a plate. Fill up with meat and sprinkle pomegranate seeds all over.
- Add 1 large spoon of hummus aside and some tabouleh.
Here you go, less than 15 minutes and you are all set for an amazing meal !
